The Armeg SSH016 Acceler8% Sheet Steel Holesaw is designed specifically for drilling sheet steel quickly, cleanly and accurately. Engineered for professional tradespeople, it delivers exceptional performance in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 1.6mm thick.

Featuring a high speed steel cutting edge with 8% cobalt, the Acceler8% holesaw combines durability with rapid cutting performance. Independent testing in 1mm galvanised steel trunking showed drilling speeds of just 3.4 seconds, making it 37% faster than a standard holesaw.

The impact-rated shank allows use with impact drivers, while the ultra-thin 0.6mm kerf reduces cutting resistance for smoother, faster drilling. A flared body depth stop improves safety and simplifies tool removal, while the internal ejection spring automatically ejects the cut metal disc for uninterrupted drilling.
