Hole Enlarging Adapter

The C.K Tools T3216 Hole Enlarging Adapter is designed for the accurate enlargement of existing holes using nested holesaws. The adapter allows one holesaw to be nested inside another, enabling concentric enlargement of existing holes for clean and controlled results. Its double threaded design accepts a wide range of holesaw sizes, offering excellent versatility across different applications and materials.

To use, the larger holesaw is fitted to the arbor while the standard pilot drill is replaced with the T3216 adapter. A smaller holesaw is then mounted inside the larger one, using the existing hole as a guide to maintain accurate centring during cutting. This makes the T3216 particularly useful when enlarging holes in sheet materials, electrical boxes, panels, conduit entries, pipework installations, and other applications where precise alignment is important.
