The LRD14 TeSys LRD thermal overload relay is designed to protect three phase motors from overload and phase failure. Suitable for motors 4kW at 400V, it provides accurate and reliable thermal protection in industrial control systems. With an adjustable current range of 7 to 10A and tripping class 10A, this relay ensures precise motor protection while helping to maintain system performance and safety. The built-in differential mechanism detects phase loss, reducing the risk of motor damage.

The relay includes a clear thermal adjustment dial, manual or automatic reset selection and a dedicated test function to simulate tripping. Reset and stop buttons, along with a visual trip indicator, allow for easy operation and quick fault identification. Settings are protected by a transparent cover that can be sealed, helping to prevent tampering in critical applications. The compact, modern design supports straightforward installation and integration into control panels.

The LRD14 connects directly to the bottom terminals of 3 pole contactors LC1D09 to LC1D38 and can be mounted on a DIN rail or fixed with screws. For separate mounting from the contactor, a terminal block (LAD7B106) is required. Certified to multiple international standards including IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX and Marine, and compliant with RoHS and REACh regulations.
