TIS TRMS AC Auto-Ranging Digital Clamp Meter

The TIS 518 TRMS AC Auto-Ranging Digital Clamp Meter from Test Instrument Solutions is a versatile electrical test instrument for electricians and maintenance engineers. It measures AC current up to 600A without the need to disconnect the conductor, as well as AC and DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, frequency and temperature.

True RMS (TRMS) measurement provides accurate readings when testing AC signals that are not simple sine waves. Auto-ranging selects the appropriate measurement range, making the TIS 518 suitable for everyday electrical testing and maintenance.

The 34mm jaw opening allows current to be measured by clamping around a suitable conductor. The meter also includes non-contact voltage detection, live wire recognition, continuity and diode testing, plus inrush current measurement. A built in jaw work light and backlit display help when working in areas with limited lighting. Comes with a 2 year warranty.
