The Zehnder Greenwood Unity CV2GIP Continuously Running Extractor Fan is a low energy dMEV (decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation) fan designed to provide continuous, efficient ventilation for bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and WCs. Combining ultra quiet operation with intelligent humidity and timer controls, it helps improve indoor air quality while reducing energy consumption and meeting current Building Regulations.

Featuring Greenwood HumidiSMART technology, the fan automatically increases extraction when humidity levels rise, helping to reduce condensation, mould and excess moisture without requiring user intervention.

Greenwood TimerSMART technology automatically adjusts the overrun time to match how long the room has been occupied. Rather than running for a fixed period, the fan continues on boost for only as long as needed, reducing unnecessary noise, heat loss and energy use.

Powered by an ultra low energy DC motor with a high performance mixed flow impeller, the Unity CV2GIP delivers reliable airflow while operating at noise levels as low as 10dB on trickle speed, making it ideal for homes where quiet ventilation is essential.

Suitable for installation in bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and WCs, the Unity CV2GIP complies with System 3 (dMEV) ventilation requirements, eliminating the need for high background ventilation rates such as window vents.
